The piece is made in recycled leather which is a special recycled material produced using compressed leather dust got from leather manufacturing houses to create a sustainable material that delivers a unique look and feel.

Two fastening holes provide for flexibility in size.

The nut-bolt system is lathe turned 304 grade SS, plated in 24 karat gold and given a tarnish resistant top coat for longer lasting finish

SHIPPING

Shipping: All orders are packed with the utmost care and the shipment will usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days after an order is placed. The delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it back to us. We will subsequently mail you the delivery and tracking details of the logistic agent once the transfer is made to them after your purchase. We don’t yet do International shipping. RETURNS

Since NO.NA.MÉ is only a small team, all that goes into making our fervent love for beauty and design a business is carried out by us, from within the confines of our homes. However, we will make sure that the jewellery kit that reaches you is in the best of possible conditions and making. Refunds and exchanges aren’t typically offered unless the item is damaged during shipping. Please contact us if this is the case and we will fix it!

CANCELLATIONS

We are only able to accept cancellations if the request is made within 12 hours of the order being placed. Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals. You may need to escalate the request to the concerned portals only. Recycled leather is prone to easy wear and tear. Store responsibly for longer shelf life. Avoid contact with liquids.

Fastening holes
When made, fastening holes are made slightly smaller for a snug tight fit, so it may be difficult to insert buttons into the holes for the first time. We recommend to use the sharpened conical tip such as that of a pencil to widen the hole and then screw the button for easy fitting. Leave the button screwed on the ring for subsequent uses to avoid frequent screwing/unscrewing.
